NUGGET FIELDS. Any youth player is invited to join this winter for pick up soccer Sunday afternoons at Nugget Fields! You bring shin guards, cleats, and water. We’ll have pinnies, goals, and balls out. If you are not an AYSO player (United, Core, or Select/Alliance), a parent will need to sign a waiver form. These events are best for U10-U19 aged players. 3p–4:30p, Free

LAKE SOLANO PARK. Spend a morning taking in the beautiful views of Lake Solano’s riparian habitat, with wonderful opportunities to spot some of the wildlife that calls Lake Solano home & to appreciate the changing of the seasons. Canoes, paddles & lifejackets will be provided free of charge, with a basic safety & paddling discussion at the beginning. Participants may want to bring water, a hat, sunglasses, and sunscreen & wear weather-appropriate warm clothing. You may get wet, so shoes/pants that can get wet & a change of clothes is recommended. Required day-use parking fee of $6 per vehicle (cash or check, exact change only) gains you admittance to the park for the rest of the day. Limited to 12 guests. Children age 8 & older are welcome if accompanied by an adult. 10a–12p. Free
