WOODLAND SENIOR CENTER. Tai chi (太极) is an ancient Chinese martial art that is practiced mainly for physical and mental health. Class covers basic postures, movements, and the simplified 8-form, with an emphasis on building balance and coordination. Your instructor, Tina Duan, is a tai chi expert who trained as a professional in China. Drop-ins welcome. First class is free! 8:50a—9:50a.
