EAST SACRAMENTO. The 25th Annual East Sac Garden Tour is the perfect opportunity to explore the beautiful outdoor spaces nestled in the iconic Fab Forties neighborhood of East Sacramento. This year’s event has 6 stunning gardens to explore, a boutique & café to shop & support local businesses, a delightful wine garden, raffle items & more! THE BARN GALLERY, WOODLAND. Judy Knott will give a demonstration all about creating collage papers on a gel plate. Two papers never come out the same, thus they are happy accidents. Judy will show several techniques on how to create these fun and colorful papers and then create a piece of art from those same papers. Attendees are eligible to win the collage abstract artwork that Judy creates during the demonstration. 2p—3p. Free
