WOODLAND SENIOR CENTER. Tai chi (太极) is an ancient Chinese martial art that is practiced mainly for physical and mental health. Class covers basic postures, movements, and the simplified 8-form, with an emphasis on building balance and coordination. WOODLAND SENIOR CENTER. Dance fitness classes offer a dynamic, easy, and fun way to maintain physical and mental health.
