Tai chi classes suitable for beginners of all ages and fitness levels are now offered twice a week, Mondays and Fridays, at the beautiful Woodland Community & Senior Center! Tai chi (太极) is an ancient Chinese martial art that is practiced mainly for physical and mental health. It is a type of moving meditation in which breathing is coordinated with a series of fluid movements and postures.
