    Beginning + Intermediate Tai Chi

    WOODLAND SENIOR CENTER, WOODLAND. Tai chi classes suitable for beginners of all ages and fitness levels are now offered twice a week, Mondays and Fridays, at the beautiful Woodland Community & Senior Center! Tai chi (太极) is an ancient Chinese martial art that is practiced mainly for physical and mental health. It is a type of moving meditation in which breathing is coordinated with a series of fluid movements and postures. Your instructor, Tina Duan, is a tai chi expert who trained as a professional in China. Drop-ins welcome. 8:45a - 9:50a First class is free!
