SACRAMENTO CITY COLLEGE, DAVIS CENTER. Sacramento City College (SCC) offers a three-unit introductory beer and brewing course, NUTRI 336, as part of its Food Science program. The course covers the stages of malting and brewing, major ingredients, beer styles, and factors affecting beer quality. On Fridays for the Fall semester. 9a—12p. $120
