DAVIS ARTS CENTER. Tai chi (å¤Ŗę) is an ancient Chinese martial art that is practiced mainly for physical and mental health purposes. Regular participation increases strength, flexibility, balance, and focus. Thursday's class covers the 13- and 16- simplified forms.
