PENCE GALLERY. The annual Davis Art Studio Tour (DAST) returns for a fresh, springtime opening the weekend of April 12—13, from 10a—5p. This free tour is open to all and includes 45 participating visual artists, in media ranging from woodworking, ceramics, and jewelry, to painting, photography, and sculpture. Guided Connection Activities: These include moving through the space with others, partner exercises, & group activities that encourage meaningful interactions & new ways of relating to one another. Opportunities to Explore and Stretch Comfort Zones: Whether you are sharing, listening or engaging in somatic practices, every exercise is an invitation to stretch just beyond your comfort zone in a safe and supportive environment. Each participant is free to choose their level of engagement at all times & opt out of any exercise. Reflective Sharing and Group Dynamics: We’ll explore different ways of connecting in small groups or pairs, always with the invitation to speak from the present moment & lean into what's authentically true for you.
