Mark your calendars! The UC Davis Powwow will take place on Saturday, April 19, 2025, from 11 AM to 9 PM, with Grand Entry at 12 PM, at the UC Davis Quad. This free, family-friendly event is a celebration of Indigenous traditions, culture, and community.
The UC Davis Powwow is one of the longest-running student-led powwows in California, providing space for the campus and local community to learn about and engage with the vibrant music, dance, and arts of Native peoples. The event will feature dance contests and specials, along with craft vendors and food vendors offering unique goods and delicious traditional foods.
This is a drug- and alcohol-free event (no smoking, no pets allowed).
