Upon arrival we will be greeted with refreshments & music, followed by a brief talk to learn about the history of the ranch & the Garner Family who settled here in 1883. Then we will divide into two groups for a traditional chuckwagon barbecue including complimentary Lake County wines & a narrated wagon tour featuring beautiful scenery, rich history, & Mother Nature’s own personal springtime garden. There will be an optional walk partway through the ride. We will end the day with some free time to explore the grounds or play a game of cornhole or horseshoes. It is a type of moving meditation in which breathing is coordinated with a series of fluid movements and postures. Wednesday's class for more advanced students covers the Yang Style 42- and 48 forms.
