Clay & Play: Pottery with Your kids

You'll try out simple techniques to make things like cups, vases, bowls, and plates on the pottery wheel. This class is all about process over product—nothing will be fired or glazed. Hand-build a Darted Cup

DAVIS ARTS CENTER. Sculpt and decorate your own clay cup using a hand-building technique called darting. After shaping the cup, students will finish it by applying a colorful glaze of their choice, making the cup both functional and food safe.
