Capay Valley Almond Festival

Now in its 105th Year, the Capay Valley Almond Festival is a six town, Northern California tradition showcasing the Esparto/Capay Valley Region. Every last Sunday in February, the towns of Esparto, Guinda, Capay, Brooks, Madison, and Rumsey come together to celebrate the Almond blossom season—which typically falls from mid-February to mid-March.

Food and drink, music and entertainment, arts and crafts sales, and other special attractions for all members of the family are provided along the 21-mile stretch of Highway 16 that links these towns. It is a wonderful time to see the beauty of the whole Capay Valley and to meet many of the wonderful people who live and work in the area.
