Free Yoga Fridays
Fitness and Wellness Academy is hosting Friday Outdoor Free Yoga Classes. Classes will be every Friday (rain or shine). This class is an “all- levels” class, appropriate for both experienced and non-experienced yogis. The class will be an hour long and will take place outdoors at Arroyo Park. We will meet near the Basketball Courts.
