DAVIS ARTS CENTER. Gymnastics promotes overall physical fitness, enhancing strength, flexibility, balance, & coordination. Through structured routines & exercises, kids develop strong muscles & bones, ensuring a healthy foundation for their growth. Gymnastics also nurtures discipline & perseverance, as young athletes learn to master new skills through consistent practice & dedication. The sport also fosters self-confidence & boosts self-esteem, as children witness their progress & achievements over time. Tumbling & Flipping Class Wednesdays 2p – 3p. Rhythmic Gymnastics Class Wednesdays 3p – 3:30p.
