DAVIS ARTS CENTER. In this joyful adult-child workshop, you and your kiddo will explore the fun of clay together. You’ll try out simple techniques to make things like cups, vases, bowls, and plates on the pottery wheel. This class is all about process over product—nothing will be fired or glazed. Beitna, meaning “our house” in Arabic, brings together the community to experience & engage with Arab culture. Enjoy art displays, cultural performances, poetry readings, & educational materials that highlight the rich history & contributions of Arabs & Arab Americans.
