Some of the more notable venues include Opryland, USA, the Grey Fox Bluegrass Festival, the High Sierra Music Festival, the National Cherry Blossom Festival, and the Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts. 8p—10p. $20

WATERMELON MUSIC, THE MELON BALL. BanjerDan (Dan Mazer) is a banjo player/multi-instrumentalist based in Santa Cruz, CA. His music is an Americana mix, rooted in straight-ahead Bluegrass and branching out to include folk, country, blues, oldies, and other styles. 2p—4p. $40

WATERMELON MUSIC, THE MELON BALL. This will be an intimate solo acoustic show demoing some of Dave Nachmanoff’s new material for an album that may be recorded later in the year. This is a unique opportunity to connect with the artist, share opinions on the music, and hear music that has never been recorded. 8p—10p. $25—30
