Winters City Park 411 Abbey St, Winters, CA, United StatesCITY PARK, WINTERS. Celebration of youth and city government. Festivities include the parade down Main Street, Rotary Club Pancake Breakfast, Kiddie Parade, Kiddie Fair, Contests, Food & Craft Booths. Proceeds fund leadership scholarships for deserving Winters High School seniors. 11:30a–4p.
