Francisco Dominguez is a Sacramento-based documentary photographer, artist, and printmaker specializing in social justice, labor movements, protests, civil rights, and indigenous peoples. FERA HOUSE, DAVIS. This hands-on workshop introduces the basics of kokedama, a Japanese method of growing plants in moss-wrapped soil. Learn how to prepare soil, position the plant roots, and bind each piece with natural twine (or colorful wire!) to create gorgeous living art.
