Yolo Community Band “Musical Bridges Concert”

Come join Yolo Community Band for a night of music and fun at the Woodland High School Theater, Wednesday March 20, 7 pm! The evening will begin with music by the young musicians in the combined Concert Bands of Lee and Douglass Middle Schools from Woodland. Next, Yolo Community Band will present some exciting concert band music, including Exultate by Sam Hazo and Bernstein’s Candide Suite. The Capitol Pops from Sacramento will finish out the evening with some wonderful selections, including Symphonic Dance No. 3 “Fiesta” by Clifton Williams and 4 Symphonic Themes by John Williams. Don’t miss out on this fantastic opportunity to support our community’s musical talent! Adult admission $10; Youth 17 and under free.
