Workshop for Aspiring Improvisers

Long time jazz educator Tom Peron has agreed to do a one-time intensive improvisation workshop at The Melon Ball on Thursday, August 17 from 2:00 – 3:30.  This workshop is for intermediate young musicians (any instrument) looking to improve their jazz improvisation skills.
Tuition is $75.00 for the 90-minute session and the class will be capped at 10 students.  If you’re joining a school jazz band next year or feel like your improve skills have reached a plateau, take advantage of this legendary performer and teacher.  You’ll leave with a plethora of ideas, exercises and concepts for expanding and broadening your jazz vocabulary.
