Every Wednesday in Davis. Experience Mantra Meditation.
Join us for a weekly group guided Mantra Meditation and let your worries melt away. Mantras are ancient healing sounds that takes the mind off of the stress of modern day life, and gives the mindsand hearts real rest.
We will practice 3 simple techniques that you can continue to practice and build. This includes a deep breathing practice, as well as a technique using beads, and finally music (Kirtan).
6:00 PM – 7:30 PM Wednesdays
Davis Community Church, 412 C Street, Davis, CA
We will be in the Fireside Room (C Street entrance). Free/ Donations accepted.
