Teaching Kitchen: Mexican Brunch

If you’re like Instructor Christine, Mexican food is your favorite. But have you tried incorporating the foods and flavors of traditional Mexican cuisine into your breakfast? In this class, you’ll learn how to make chilaquiles from scratch along with a few other Mexican brunch staples. This class is gluten free and can be made vegetarian with advanced notice.

This class is mask-optional for vaccinated participants or those with recent negative results (within 48 hours of the class). In order to enter the Teaching Kitchen without a mask, we will ask for proof of vaccination or recent negative test results. Unvaccinated participants without recent negative test results will be asked to wear a mask while they are not actively eating or drinking.
