This beginner-friendly class focuses on the essential drills and postures that offer the greatest health benefits while building a strong foundation for deeper practice. No experience neededโjust come ready to move and breathe.

With nearly 30 years of Tai Chi experience, Daniel trained intensively while living in Taiwan for five years and later completed his masterโs thesis on the blood pressure benefits of Tai Chi stance training.
