Salon Series: Celebration of Little Hour with Rae Gouirand

Rae Gouirand will read from her recently published short collection of poems, Little Hour, and discuss the life cycles of poetry manuscripts and micropress poetry publishing, the queer spaces and headspaces of her new work, her thoughts about the tensions inherent in the line and in the image, and the process of creating and selecting original cover art for her work. Images accompanying the presentation will be made available for sale at the event to benefit the Sacramento LGBT Community Center, which is working tirelessly to make our region a place where LGBTQ+ people thrive.
