Putah Creek Council Spring Creek Cleanup

The rainy season for Putah Creek is coming to an end. After the heavy rains in 2021 and the increased use of outdoor spaces as the weather gets warmer, it’s time to help clean up litter along the creek! PCC will be hosting clean ups at Winters Nature Park and along Putah Creek Rd (the portion that borders the park). Volunteers will pick up trash from the North and South side of the creek from the Railroad Bridge to I-505. Throughout the park, there are cages surrounding trees to protect from beaver herbivory. Volunteers will also help in removing debris from the cages to give those trees some room to breathe!
