Our peaceful movement is only getting bigger and stronger. “NO KINGS” is more than just a slogan—it’s the foundation our nation was built upon. And it’s a rallying cry for all of us here in Yolo County, from the county seat in Woodland where we held the first No Kings Yolo to Davis where we can accommodate a larger crowd for our growing movement from across Yolo County and beyond including West Sacramento, Winters and everywhere in the county.
We’ll meet at Civic Center Park to march in Davis streets, and then a rally, where we will hear from leaders in the national save democracy movement, uniting people across this country to fight dictatorship together.
A core principle behind all No Kings events is a commitment to nonviolent action. We expect all participants to seek to de-escalate any potential confrontation with those who disagree with our values and to act lawfully at these events. Weapons of any kind, including those legally permitted, should not be brought to events.
