Join us for a flavorful journey through the Mediterranean!
In this hands-on class, you’ll not only master basic knife skills, but also gain essential cooking knowledge inspired by the region’s rich culinary traditions and nutritional benefits.

What you’ll learn:
✅ How to make hummus, beet hummus, and baba ganoush from scratch
✅ The secret to creating perfectly sweet and vibrant beet hummus
✅ How to prepare crispy, delicious falafel
✅ Tips on using olive oil and regional ingredients for authentic flavor

Everything will be served with fresh vegetables, locally made olive oil, and warm pita bread.
Starter: Marinated olives

Join us for an elegant culinary experience at our winery, where plant-based cuisine meets fine wine. In this hands-on class, you’ll cook alongside Chef Maggie—a ServSafe Certified Vegan Chef and Wellness Coach—learning to prepare vibrant, seasonal vegan dishes from scratch.
