Mantra Meditation

Let your worries melt away. Mantras are ancient healing sounds that takes the mind off of the stress of modern day life, and gives us real rest.

We will practice 3 simple techniques that you can continue to practice at home on your own. This includes deep breathing, a technique using beads (Japa meditation), and music (Kirtan).

We will be in the Fireside Room (C Street entrance). Free/ Donations accepted.
