FreeLet your worries melt away. Mantras are ancient healing sounds that takes the mind off of the stress of modern day life, and gives us real rest.
We will practice 3 simple techniques that you can continue to practice at home on your own. This includes deep breathing, a technique using beads (Japa meditation), and music (Kirtan).
We will be in the Fireside Room (C Street entrance). Free/ Donations accepted.
