In this relaxed, beginner-friendly experience, you’ll learn how to make classic French truffles from scratch. You’ll start with a silky, luxurious ganache, then roll, shape, and finish your own elegant chocolates by hand. Along the way, you’ll pick up professional tips, techniques, and easy variations you can recreate at home (fair warning: friends may start requesting these).

The vibe is social, warm, and unhurried—perfect whether you’re coming solo, with friends, or sharing the experience with someone special. Your handmade truffles will be boxed up to take home, making them a meaningful gift for friends or family, a perfect Valentine’s treat…or something sweet you create together.
