Egg Decoration Workshop

Come up to the Capay Valley for a lovely morning on our farm on Sunday April 2nd. I’ll be showing you how to do Sorbian egg decorating using blown eggs from our ducks, with a wax-resist technique. It’s fun and very meditative. You’ll get to take home the tools needed to make more if you wish.
Each participant will receive 4 blown duck eggs to decorate. No need to be a ‘crafty’ person, all skill levels are welcome. This is about having fun, getting creative and a chance to connect with others.
Light refreshments featuring our farm produce will also be served.
If you’re looking to make a fun day out in the valley with friends, after you’re done decorating eggs, it would be perfect timing to go to Taber ranch (5 minutes down the road) for pizza and wine tasting!
