Downtown Treat Trail: Thousands of children and their chaperones will flood the streets of downtown from 2:30 to 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 31. Princess Pals will be in the E Street Plaza handing out goodies( 4:30-5:30p.m), and dozens of downtown businesses will be handing out candy and other special treats. Mark your calendars for TREATS – free to the community! An interactive map is coming soon, so stay tuned!
