Dance Fitness Classes at Woodland Senior Center

Do you love moving to music? Dance fitness classes offer a dynamic, easy, and fun way to support health. Tina creates original, easy-to-follow choreography incorporating low-impact movements from ballet, jazz, hip-hop, Latin, Bollywood, Zumba, martial arts, kickboxing, and bellydancing. This class is perfect for people who have had previous experience taking any type of dance class (even a little, even decades prior), but everybody is welcome. Try it and see if you like it! First class is free! Drop-in or monthly. Bring a yoga mat for stretches during cooldown. |
