Community Kirtan & Meditation

Join us for a weekly Mantra Meditation guided group session and let your worries melt away. Mantras are ancient healing sounds that take our minds away from the stresses of modern day life, and give our minds and hearts real rest. You can sit back and soak them up or chant along if you’d like. No experience is necessary.
We will also practice and learn 2 techniques that you can do on your own at home.
We will be in the Fireside Room at the Davis Community Church (C Street entrance). Donations accepted.
