Come and learn all about chocolate – where it’s grown, how it’s made, flavor profiles….and even how to eat it for complete enjoyment!

Upon arrival, we’ll welcome you with a glass of bubbly and you’ll enjoy a flight of 4 chocolates perfectly paired with 4 of our wines. A fun event where your taste buds are stimulated, and you learn a lot about wine and chocolate….and how they can pair (and clash)!

The class will be led by Kevin Tamaki, winemaker & chocolate specialist, who was head of chocolate pairings at Ghirardelli Chocolates for 20 years!
