| Designed especially to benefit seniors, Body Balance is a 1-hour fitness class that improves balance and coordination primarily by strengthening relevant muscles in the legs, abdominal core, back, and shoulders. Tina uses a multifaceted approach to provide a gentle but comprehensive workout appropriate for all fitness levels and abilities. Participation in this class will increase core control and balance, so it can help reduce dependency on walking aids.
