Brenyanna is an artist, educator, and an entrepreneur that focuses on black representation in art and the importance of mental health. She graduated from the University of California – Irvine with a degree in Psychology & Social Behavior with an emphasis of child development. Brenyanna implements her educational background to teach children about mental health through practices like art therapy. She is passionate about creating art that celebrates beauty, strength, and resilience. She is inspired by the powerful women and the diverse stories of the women she meets. Brenyanna is motivated to capture their unique stories, looks, and experiences on canvas and through her art. She aspires for women of color to feel appreciated and portrayed while observing her work.
