Connors is affiliated with the American Watercolor Society, National Watercolor Association, California Watercolor Association, and the Guild Of Harwich Artists. He now teaches watercolor techniques at the Davis Senior Center Watercolor Friday Group.

Connors writes: “I am moved less by the physical reality of the subject than its impact on my mood. The essence of a scene is presented whimsically by the language of watercolor. The details are left to the viewer’s imagination.”
