2026 PTDT Davis Dance Project Concert – Dance & The Art of Living IRL (in real life)

The Pamela Trokanski Dance Theatre invites the community to join them for this year’s Davis Dance Project Concert, Dance & the Art of Living IRL (in real life), which will explore the wonderful nature of dance in keeping a person “in real time” and the effect that has on our brains, our sense of being, and our connections with others.
The concert begins with a lecture-demonstration by Pamela and dancers from the Pamela Trokanski Dance Theatre, PTDT Apprentice Company, The Third Stage, and Light Ballet Company.
To show the audience how these ideas play out across different technical and cultural styles, the lecture-demo will be followed by dance performances from the PTDT companies, and special guests: Devi Varma (Bharatanatyam), Davis Red Maple Cultural Connection (Chinese Cultural Dance), and SoNE1 (UC Davis’ K-pop dance group).
Tickets:
• FREE for kids 12 and under (must be accompanied by an adult)
• $10 General Admission (everyone over age 12)
The Davis Dance Project will take place on Saturday, March 7 @ 6pm and Sunday, March 8 at 2pm.
All performances will take place at the Louise H. Kellogg Memorial Theatre, located at the Pamela Trokanski Dance Workshop, 2720 Del Rio Place in Davis, CA.
