Please fill out all of your information on the form, upload 1 to 3 images of your work, and submit payment. (Payments are processed through PayPal. You may pay using an existing PayPal account, or any major credit card/debit card). Your payment and completed form are due no later than midnight, October 26, 2024 in order to be included in the Davis Art Studio Tour.
As a reminder, this studio tour is meant for Davis Art Studios only. An artist from outside of Davis may participate if invited to join a Davis artist’s studio, but must pay their own fee. If there are multiple artists at one single address, each artist must complete their own form and make their own payment. The fee per artist is $125.00.
Note: Once registration is complete and closed, after October. 26, 2024, the sign-up form will be removed. New content will then be added to the website, I.e. participating artists information (including links to their websites), and other updates and information. In addition, as a participant, you will be receiving periodic emails with updates, requests for help, and just general information.
IMPORTANT DATES:
Tour Dates: April 12 & 13, 2025
Pence pre-tour show: March 10 – April 20, 2025 – Longer show dates will include 2 receptions!
Opening Reception in the Pence Gallery will be on 2nd Friday, March 14. Pre-Tour reception at the Pence will be on 2nd Friday, April 11. Art drop off to the Pence will be around March 1 or 2. As last year, each participant will receive full instructions from the Pence. Important notes and changes from last year: The piece you submit for the Pence pre-tour show must be for sale. Also, note that you will not have it available in your studio for the tour since the show dates are extended past the tour dates.
