Born as a bossa nova trio in 1999, Boca do Rio has evolved into a high-energy electro-funk ensemble blending traditional Brazilian rhythms with contemporary Bay Area grooves. Based in Davis, the band delivers a vibrant, danceable sound that’s both rooted and forward-thinking.
This free, all-ages show invites the community to experience a night of rhythmic exploration, soulful melodies, and global fusion in an intimate café setting.
