Self Defense Class

This is a safe, inclusive opportunity to learn self defense from a dedicated group of martial arts practitioners at the Davis Arts Center. If you have ever felt like you would like to learn a little more about how to defend yourself and your loved ones, and would like to get a little fitness training too, please join us! No experience necessary, start any time. We ask for a $10 donation per class, but you can pay whatever you can.
