Based on the groundbreaking Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) program, this workbook helps you silence self-criticism, embrace your true worth, and cultivate a more fulfilling life.

This six-week journey will provide guided meditations, practical exercises, and science-backed tools to help you break free from self-judgment and impossible standards. The seeds of self-compassion already lie within you—let’s uncover them together!
