If your 1st choice of pick-up time is sold out\, try an alternate time slot.\nOrders close at noon Wednesday or when we sell out\, whatever comes first.\nYou can get desserts\, baked goods\, beverages\, beer & wine when you pick up your pizza.\nHaving trouble ordering? Call (530) 750-1180.\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAbout Pizza Night\n\n\nEach Wednesday we turn our 10-ton hearthstone deck oven up to 11 and turn out some amazing artisan pizzas. It’s a somewhat exclusive affair since our capacity is limited—and we regularly sell out. We’re a bakery after all—not a pizzeria. There’s no assembly line or tunnel baking. Each pizza is created by hand and served with a healthy dose of love. No delivery\, sorry. \nOur pizzas are crafted in the same farm-to-oven tradition as our baked goods. We use California-grown and -milled premium flour\, 15% organic whole grains\, and a long-fermentation\, 100% naturally leavened formula—resulting in a really tasty and bubbly crust. And we use only the best ingredients and toppings\, with produce we like to source at the Davis Farmers Market. \nThere’s only one size—about 14 inches in diameter—and six slices. They generally serve one to three humans\, depending on appetite. We also offer big\, sharable garden salads\, local beer & wine\, soft drinks\, and amazing desserts.
