PENCE GALLERY. This one-time, 90-minute art workshop focuses more broadly on a theme related to depression, anxiety, or major life changes. Through the process of art making, participants will have opportunities for discussion, education, and connecting with peers in a safe and supportive space. 2p—3:30p. $5—$10
PENCE GALLERY. A six-week workshop, on Fridays beginning October 11, that uses art as a healing language for those experiencing grief from the loss of a loved one. 10a—11:45a. $25—$35
DAVIS COMMUNITY CHURCH. Sacred Space is a monthly contemplative gathering that offers an open, meditative space with a variety of practices to choose from – candle lighting, meditation, contemplative reading, coloring, journaling. 9a—9:30a. Free
STEPHENS BRANCH LIBRARY. Curious about Reiki? Reiki Master Teacher Elizabeth Fulmer and a group of local Reiki practitioners will provide a presentation and demonstration. Participants will be given the opportunity to receive a simple seated treatment. A time of conversation over refreshments completes the evening. 6p—7:30p. Free

PENCE GALLERY. Participants must be 18 or older, and no art experience is necessary. This is a free program, and all materials are provided. Limited to the first 8 participants who register. 10a—11:45a. Free
