Spork Food Hub, located at the Cannery in Davis, has announced its plans to close immediately.
Below is a message Spork shared with it’s followers on Facebook:
“To our farmstand customers:
Thank you for the support over the last two years! We appreciate each and every one of you and have enjoyed running the farmstand to offer produce to our community. Over the past two years we have struggled to make the farmstand profitable as we have been unable to grow our customer base. We have decided to close the farmstand and focus our community outreach on other types of farm and food hub events. We are excited about the new things to come and can’t wait to share them with you! Stay tuned for more details soon!”
