UCD Ranks 4th Most Instagrammable University in the Country

A myriad of things play into your choice of university: legacy, faculty, research opportunities. Now University of California Davis can add one more tick to their resume: the school has been named in the top 5 Most Instagrammable Universities in the Country.
UC Davis ranked #4th for Instagrammable-ness, according to VPNOverview.
To prove their data, analysts looked at how many times the hashtags of 100 universities were publicly used on Instagram, and UC Davis students showed up.
#UCDavis appears on Instagram more than 371,000 times, giving prospective students an inside look at the nearly 120-year old campus.
Students say they love the lush and wide range of greenery that set up perfect photo opportunities throughout campus, with content creators, visitors and alumni alike snapping stories, posts—and even memorable graduation photos.
Julia Schultz, class of 2024, has planned her grad photos for Spafford Lake, with her “favorite campus residents”: the ducks.
