Glow up! City of Davis to host first ever parent-child dance

CITY HOSTS FIRST PARENT-CHILD DANCE “GLOW UP!” ON MARCH 15

Mark your calendars and get ready to move for the City of Davis’ first Parent-Child Dance on Saturday, March 15, from 6:30 – 8 p.m. at the Veterans Memorial Center, located at 203 E. 14th Street in Davis.

This event is open to children ages 4 – 13 years old and parents or guardians ages 18 years or older. This year’s theme is “Glow Up!” and participants are welcome to wear neon or brightly colored dancewear for an evening of music, lights and fun activities for everyone to enjoy. DJ, dancing and light refreshments will be provided along with a photo booth and props.

Ticket pricing starts at $35 and includes one parent/grandparent or guardian and one child. Adults attending must be accompanied by a child and children attending must be accompanied by a parent/grandparent or guardian. Admittance is dependent upon these criteria.

Ticket sales open at 8 a.m. on January 15, 2025, and may sell out fast.
