Captivated by sunlight and always gathering plants\, she prints in her backyard\, capturing botanical impressions and their shadows on watercolor paper or fabric. She then uses natural toners\, collage\, watercolor\, and colored pencil to add layers of depth and detail to her work. Through her cyanotype prints\, she celebrates experimentation and the wonder of the natural world\, creating art that feels tranquil and atmospheric. \nArtist Talk & Reception: Sunday\, May 17\, 1-2:30 PM (Free)\nJoin artist Linda Clark Johnson as she discusses her artistic process in working with cyanotype\, including her love of sunlight and her ways of gathering and arranging plants. DESCRIPTION:Davis Craft and Vintage Fair began as the Square Tomatoes Craft Fair more than 10 years ago! The event was started by instructors from the UC Davis Craft Center in order to have a monthly craft fair for local artisans and the local community. We embraced local vintage vendors in 2017\, we’ve grown and we are still home to local artists and makers from the Davis and greater Sacramento area. \nWe collaborate with local non-profits starting with Couleurs Vives Art Studio who joined us in 2018!
