It is a type of moving meditation in which breathing is coordinated with a series of fluid movements and postures. Tai chi & qi gong offer numerous benefits, including stress reduction, improved posture, increased mindfulness, and enhanced energy levels. Regular practice improves balance, flexibility, & strength while fostering relaxation &focus. Tina's Thursday class covers the simplified tai chi chuan 13- and 16-forms.
